With over twenty years of experience in real estate finance, Patrick has worked with Morgan Stanley in both Italy and the United Kingdom, initially in investment banking and later in real estate fund investment. He then joined the real estate consulting boutique, Hillview Group. After founding LSG in 2011, he focused on private capital investment in both corporate (private equity and venture capital) and real estate sectors. He serves on the boards of various real estate companies in the UK and is a director of a group active in the construction and development of commercial and residential properties. For several years, he has been a trustee of the charity 'Dreams Come True' in the UK.

Luigi started his over twenty-year experience in real estate at Milano Centrale Group (later Pirelli RE), where he spent 10 years, initially in Advisory and later in Asset Management. He then joined Beni Stabili Gestioni SGR, where he coordinated the launch of the first real estate funds dedicated to social housing and distressed assets from banking-leasing origin. After the merger of BSG into Investire SGR (Finnat Group), he became the Head of Light Industrial Bank Market & NPL, managing an average AUM volume of around €600 million. In 2007, he founded Auriga Berlin GmbH, a German asset management company with AUM of approximately €50 million, active in residential and retail investments in Berlin. In 2023, he left Investire SGR to establish Bramante Asset Management.

Saverio began his professional experience by founding Ar.Co.Graph. in 1989, a technical consultancy and real estate services company. In 1996, he founded Abaco Servizi, a consulting and technical services company specializing in technical due diligence for real estate, advising, property management, and technical services for global service, reaching an annual turnover of around €7 million. Abaco Servizi was a market leader in Italy in technical services, managing due diligence on real estate portfolios up to €2.5 billion in value. Following the acquisition and structuring of a series of vertical companies that gave rise to the Abaco Team group, starting in 2006, he promoted and realized its sale to the Gabetti Group. Since 2010, he has been the sole director of MC3 Real Estate and MC3RE, active in the acquisition, development, advisory, and technical services in real estate.

Stefano has built a significant track record in the field of consultancy and management of non-performing credits secured by real estate. His knowledge, consolidated and expanded over the years, originated in the late '80s when he entered SIB (Servizi Immobiliari Banche), a company qualified in real estate consultancy and credit management, the first in Italy to initiate NPL securitization processes with real estate guarantees. In 2004, he became the Head of the Rome branch of Pirelli Credit Servicing, a leading company among independent servicers in managing non-performing credits, and after two years, he was appointed Director of the Large Corporate Assets Division. Since 2010, he has held the role of Chairman and Founder of YARD CAM, a specialized company in the YARD Group.
